VincentCare is seeking an appropriately-qualified person to take on the position of Manager - Gender and Sexuality.
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Quality and Innovation, the Manager - Gender and Sexuality is responsible for leading the ongoing implementation and management of LGBTIQ inclusive practice across VincentCare Victoria. The purpose of the role is to ensure the highest possible standards of LGBTIQ cultural competency in practice and service delivery, as well as the highest possible standards of cultural safety for clients, staff and volunteers.
A significant component of the role is responsibility for maintaining the organisation's high level of LGBTIQ inclusive practice and cultural safety. The Manager - Gender and Sexuality is responsible for developing executing a three-year Quality Work Plan that outlines how the organisation will continue to meet standards as well as to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
