We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Director of Fundraising and Marketing to join our team and drive our strategic growth.
Reporting to the CEO, the Director Fundraising and Marketing position is a key strategic role and pivotal to the future growth of Vinnies and its ability to succeed in its mission and vision.
The Director of Fundraising and Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing the organisation’s comprehensive marketing, fundraising, and philanthropic strategies in alignment with its strategic goals. This includes creating and executing a marketing and communications strategy that fosters strong brand awareness and engagement.
The successful applicant will also lead a small team that works closely with internal and external stakeholders to build long-term strategic relationships, while delivering operational and business partner support to Directorates across the Society.
