- A Bachelor of Laws qualification and hold or be eligible to hold a restricted practising certificate
- Experience, or willingness to gain experience, in most or all of the following areas of law: family law, child protection, civil and generalist law, restraining order, tenancy and criminal injuries compensation matters
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated high level written and legal research skills
- Sound time management skills
- Ability to meet service delivery quality standards and targets
- A strong commitment to social justice and access to justice
- Hold a current, Western Australian Driver's Licence (full or probationary licence)
- Experience, or willingness to gain experience, in Trauma Informed Service Delivery
