As an Apprenticeship Support Officer, you will provide tailored mentoring, support and guidance to apprentices/trainees and employers to complete their apprenticeship or traineeship, ensuring their success. This role will work across South Australia.
In this role, you will provide mentoring services at various stages of the apprenticeship journey, including mentorship, pastoral care, facilitating peer-to-peer mentoring, providing referral information and guidance. This role will involve:
As someone who enjoys working autonomously within a broader team environment, you will be passionate about mentoring and supporting the next generation of skilled apprentices to achieve quality outcomes.
