About the role:

You are an experienced Roster Coordinator who enjoys working independently and who has the flexibility to work outside of usual business hours.

We will need you to be available across:

  • Monday to Friday: 6.00pm till 10.00pm
  • On call, Saturday and Sunday: 6.00am till 10.00pm

As this is a job share role, days and or weeks can be alternated to suit everyone.

Your hourly rate will be in accordance with the SCHADS Award.  Penalty rates and an on-call allowance will apply.

Full training on our new system, Skedulo, will be provided. Please note that training will occur in our Head office, based in Kirrawee, NSW. This will be, as an estimate, between 2 and 5 days depending on experience.

Your key responsibility will be to ensure the timely filling of shifts outside of normal working hours supporting the Operational areas to provide the appropriate skill, experience, and support to our clients.

Essential criteria:

  • Solid experience rostering/scheduling shift workers in a disability, health, agency, government or call centre environment
  • Demonstrated experience using Rostering and/or Time and Attendance systems
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
  • Well-developed communication skills 
  • A customer focused attitude 

Successful applicants will require a NSW Drivers Licence and a COVID-19 vaccination and booster. An offer will be subject to a police clearance and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
