We pride ourselves on assisting individuals, from a range of diverse cultural backgrounds, to live and participate in their community as they choose. Our services are provided at sites across greater Sydney including the Blue Mountains.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, as a dedicated and agile Site Manager, you will manage and lead the day-to-day operations in two 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes in the Sutherland Shire.
At Sylvanvale our Site Managers are at the core of everything we do. They are an invaluable resource armed with the responsibility of ensuring the client is at the centre of our every endeavour. Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations and top-notch care across both sites. Lead a dedicated team, coordinate programs, and foster an inclusive environment where residents with disabilities can thrive. You are a motivated, resilient, and caring leader who wants to support their team in providing services to, people with a disability, who have complex needs. Our clients are adults who live with a disability with complex behaviours of concern and at times complex health issues. You want to ensure the people we support achieve their best life ensuring they have choice and control.
You are commercially savvy and understand the need to balance quality service provision with the delivery of serviceable hours and ratios that are contracted by the person we support.
You are accountable. You want to lead a dynamic team. You enjoy a challenge and you're not afraid of change and working through complex situations and issues. You are striving for continuous improvement and delivering high quality services. You are a great communicator and invest in developing great stakeholder relationships.
A Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent accreditation in social science or community services will be highly regarded.
Successful applicants will require a current NSW Drivers Licence and a current First Aid certificate. An offer will be subject to a police clearance, a pre employment medical and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
