About The Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, as a dedicated and agile Site Manager, you will manage and lead the day-to-day operations in two 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes in the Sutherland Shire.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations and top-notch care across both sites. About you

You are a motivated, resilient, and caring leader who wants to support their team in providing services to, people with a disability, who have complex needs. Our clients are adults who live with a disability with complex behaviours of concern and at times complex health issues. You want to ensure the people we support achieve their best life ensuring they have choice and control.

You are commercially savvy and understand the need to balance quality service provision with the delivery of serviceable hours and ratios that are contracted by the person we support.

You are accountable. You want to lead a dynamic team. You enjoy a challenge and you're not afraid of change and working through complex situations and issues. You are striving for continuous improvement and delivering high quality services. You are a great communicator and invest in developing great stakeholder relationships.

Criteria and Experience:

• Passionate about the rights of people with a disability and uses this to drive best quality practice.
• Leadership experience providing care services in the disability, health or community sector.
• Genuine interest in developing as a People Leader
• Efficient in risk assessments and documentation
• Ability to influence culture and change through role modelling, coaching, mentoring and feedback
• Experience in budget management, data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Sound technology skills, including ability to interpret, collate and report on data
• Highly organised, loves to complete tasks, implement processes, and evaluate performance
• Creative thinker, ability to provide out of the box solutions to complex challenges

A Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent accreditation in social science or community services will be highly regarded.

Successful applicants will require a current NSW Drivers Licence and a current First Aid certificate. An offer will be subject to a police clearance, a pre employment medical and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
