Right now, we’re seeking a Company Secretary who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. That’s truly rewarding work that will help us continue to deliver life-critical services where it matters.
The Company Secretary plays a pivotal role in the Office of the CEO function, acting as an advisor to the Board, Directors and the CEO to provide specialised advice and guidance in accordance with sound corporate governance, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policy and Victorian Government regulations.
This role will undertake and oversee all board secretariat functions to help achieve and influence a high performing culture of governance, corporate integrity and ethics at the TAC.
