About the Role

The Team Manager - Policy & Service Delivery is responsible for leading a team to identify, prioritise, and deliver policy and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance services for TAC clients. This role requires strong leadership experience in managing a dynamic team environment. As a Team Manager, you will manage, coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll ensure best practices are implemented, leading to effective service delivery and improved client outcomes.

About the Team

This role is part of our Policy & Service Delivery team within the Provider Markets & Commercial group. You will have up to 5 direct reports and work closely with internal teams, including Claims and Legislation teams. The team is highly skilled, client-focused, and results-driven. You will report to the Senior Manager, who is approachable whilst fostering an autonomous leadership style.This is a supportive, collaborative environment where accountability and driving outcomes for clients are key.

What we’re looking for

  • Exceptional Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative, client-centred, and results-driven culture. You’ll lead through change and empower your team to deliver high-impact initiatives.
  • Strategic Project Management: A track record of managing improvement initiatives, continuous improvement programs, and policy development. You’ll ensure the delivery of critical outcomes, focusing on measurable improvements and client outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: The ability to engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Claims and Legislation teams, to influence and drive service improvements. Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential.
