Right now, we’re seeking a Team Manager, Policy & Service Delivery who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. The Team Manager - Policy & Service Delivery is responsible for leading a team to identify, prioritise, and deliver policy and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance services for TAC clients. This role requires strong leadership experience in managing a dynamic team environment. As a Team Manager, you will manage, coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll ensure best practices are implemented, leading to effective service delivery and improved client outcomes.
This role is part of our Policy & Service Delivery team within the Provider Markets & Commercial group. You will have up to 5 direct reports and work closely with internal teams, including Claims and Legislation teams. The team is highly skilled, client-focused, and results-driven. You will report to the Senior Manager, who is approachable whilst fostering an autonomous leadership style.This is a supportive, collaborative environment where accountability and driving outcomes for clients are key.
