Take Two offers therapeutic services for infants, children, and young people who have experienced trauma, neglect, and disrupted attachment. The program includes the Intensive Therapeutic Service, a Victoria-wide initiative funded by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing, managed by Berry Street. We are seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee the Loddon, East Metro and Enrich clinical teams in the Northern and Western regions.
As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee the operation of clinical teams, manage partnerships, implement new clinical initiatives, and represent Take Two in both internal and external activities, including teaching and committee membership. You will be responsible for practice development, strategic management, clinical risk governance, and the ongoing improvement of Take Two's clinical services. Additionally, you will handle staff and student recruitment, development, and safety management within clinical practice and work environments.
