About the Role

Talent Web is partnering with B Lab AANZ to welcome a Programs Coordinator to their mission-driven organisation. This dynamic position plays a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and delivering B Lab's key programs, with a particular focus on supporting the B Corp community's transition to new certification standards in 2025. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both existing programs and new learning initiatives while working with a collaborative and passionate team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Coordination: Coordinate the Recertification Program and new learning initiatives for B Corp standards implementation. Support the B Consultant Training Program
  • Training & Development: Build educational materials/resources and develop online training modules.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with external, delivery partners, and internal teams to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Program Evaluation: Maintain program dashboards, analyse data, and drive continuous improvement through actionable insights.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated project management skills with proficiency in tools like Asana, or similar.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience in developing and delivering training content
  • Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate program performance
  • ESG or social impact experience highly desired
  • Experience or interest in workshop and webinar facilitation
  • Background in learning management systems like Thinkific is advantageous

Our salary range starts from $72,000 ex Super FTE. However, we will take into consideration the expertise and experience you bring.
