Essential Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and show leadership and initiative in implementing plans.
- Has demonstrated policy research, analysis and advise skills e.g. submissions on draft legislation and strategies.
- Has demonstrated experience in being a media spokesperson and advocate on conservation or related issues.
- Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal.
- Passion for and love of Tasmania.
Desired Selection Criteria
- A detailed knowledge of climate policy issues in Tasmania.• Experience in community engagement including organising community events, and fundraising.
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry experience.
