Duties

  • Expertly handle incoming calls and inquiries with finesse, leaving every caller delighted and satisfied.
  • Dive into the world of finance as you process payments with precision and efficiency, ensuring seamless transactions every time.
  • Be the backbone of our team by providing invaluable administration support, keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Take charge of coordinating meeting rooms, fleet vehicles, and maintenance tasks, ensuring everything is in perfect order for seamless operations.
  • Exercise your organisational skills by ordering stationery and office supplies, ensuring our team has everything they need to thrive. Plus, showcase your multitasking prowess by covering reception duties when needed.

Skills and Experience

We want you to be successful in your new role! This means you’ll have experience in a busy office environment as an Administrator or Coordinator, and:

  • A VETAB accredited certificate in business services (or similar) or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 12 months administration experience in a customer facing role.
  • Great attention to detail, with the ability to question the pieces that are missing.
  • Strong customer service focused with the desire to provide a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
  • The ability to balance multiple tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • The ability to identify sensitive information and maintain appropriate levels of privacy.
  • The ability to work autonomously while remaining connected to the team and contribute to team outcomes.
  • Current driver's license is essential!
