Our Early Years Place are community hubs offering child health services, supported playgroups, family support and early childhood education whilst focusing on early intervention and prevention to ultimately empower children and families. We are a supportive, multidisciplinary team with a broad range of early childhood teachers and educators, social workers, midwives, child health nurses and allied health qualified professionals committed to high quality work providing wrap around early intervention services.
This role will support and facilitate our playgroups across the Gracemere/Mt Morgan region. You will work in partnership with families to assess strengths, needs and risks, develop, implement as well as make referrals that successfully link families to appropriate networks with an emphasis on building resilience and promoting stronger attachments. You will be trained in the acclaimed Infant program including infant massage.
