We are seeking a Community Programs Team Leader to oversee the Communities for Children Program (Wyong and Kempsey) and the Safer Children, Safer Communities Program (Caboolture, Port Augusta, and Condobolin).
This permanent, full-time role is based at Kanwal and The Entrance Community Centre on the Central Coast with travel to Kempsey and our three communities within the SCSC program.
You will lead a team of Community Development Workers, delivering high-quality services that create safe and supportive environments for children and families. Providing strong leadership and professional supervision, you will ensure your team is well-supported and effective.
