Tweddle is a registered public hospital with its head office located in Footscray offering a range of early parenting programs including residential, day long and sessional groups at our main campuses at Footscray and Wyndham, and a range of specialist programs delivered in the community, predominantly in the west of Melbourne and Barwon region.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Quality, Risk and Safety Manager to work collaboratively with our staff, clients and community to develop a culture of accountability, excellence and continuous improvement in the delivery of Early Parenting Services, and where the interests of the child are central.

Reporting to the Executive Director of People, Culture, Quality and Communications, the Quality, Risk and Safety Manger will join Tweddle in:

• An impactful role which contributes to providing safe, informed, inclusive and high-quality services.
• Leading the development of systems to support accreditation and compliance obligations and the implementation of safety and quality improvement systems.
• Building capacity of the workforce in risk management and improvement approaches
• Supporting Tweddle in the design and execution of improvement work; stakeholder feedback systems; risk management and compliance systems, ensuring opportunities for co-design.
• A collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement
