About the Position
To nurture, compel and support talented and diverse individuals to apply to Teach For Australia’s Leadership Development Program.
Location: Victoria or NSW - This role has flexibility to be remote so candidates from other locations in Australia will be considered.
About You
- At least two years relevant experience in a similar, dynamic working environment
- Recruitment, sales, marketing, customer service, and/or equivalent industry experience
- Advocacy, campaigning and/or experience working as an Associate or staff member with a Teach For All network partner
Key Accountabilities
Attract and Nurture
- Events, public speaking and presentation/workshop facilitation both virtually and in person.
- Ability to identify high potential candidates in line with competency framework and program fit in a comprehensive and timely manner.
- Sales - ability to inspire, compel and empower interested leads in opening an application for the Leadership Development Program.
- Ability to use data to inform actions in line with the organisation's priorities and needs.
- Effectively utilising CRM (Salesforce) to execute a consistent customer journey at scale (1 to many).
- Reporting – assist with reporting of targets in leads and optimising leads based on conversions across sales pipeline.
Selection and Onboarding
- Ability to work confidently in a high intensity virtual environment, adaptability to support wider Admissions function.
- Assessment centre – assisting with events in a technology capacity to ensure seamless experience for participants.
- Collaboration and adaptability to support across functions as needed.
Admin and Team Support
- Proactively navigate complex customer enquiries and utilise resources and systems at hand to ensure a positive customer experience, both via email and over the phone
- Timely and efficient management of ad hoc tasks and requests aligned to function priority and needs.
