We’re looking for a driven Fundraising & Events Lead to supercharge donations—from small grassroots contributions to major donors—and help plan key events for Ellie Smith’s independent campaign in Dickson.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a high-impact fundraising strategy, securing both grassroots contributions and major donors.
• Build and strengthen relationships with donors, sponsors, and funding networks.
• Drive grassroots fundraising efforts, including online campaigns, donation drives, and supporter outreach.
• Plan and coordinate key campaign events that maximise engagement and visibility.
• Work closely with the campaign team to align fundraising and event strategies with campaign goals.
• Track fundraising progress and ensure compliance with political donation regulations.

Who We’re Looking For

• A motivated, strategic thinker with experience in fundraising, donor relations, or campaign finance.
• Strong relationship-building skills to engage both grassroots supporters and major donors.
• Event planning experience—able to coordinate and execute successful, high-impact campaign events.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
•  Passion for grassroots politics and independent representation.
