about the opportunity

Position Purpose for Senior Project Manager at Tee Care (Project Inclusion):

The Senior Project Manager at Tee Care- Project Inclusion is a pivotal role designed to oversee and lead a range of critical functions essential for the successful initiation, development, and implementation of our new project.

This position encompasses five key areas of responsibility:

  • Grants Oversight: This involves identifying, applying for, and managing government and private grants, ensuring compliance, effective budget management, and reporting to support the project's financial health and sustainability.
  • Policy and Compliance: The role demands developing, implementing, and overseeing policies and procedures that align with legal and ethical standards. It includes risk management, staff training, and ensuring overall program compliance.
  • Partnership Development: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for cultivating valuable partnerships with government entities and non-profit organisations. This includes negotiating partnerships, managing collaborative projects, and fostering community engagement to enhance the foundation's reach and impact.
  • Strategic Advisory: Providing strategic advice to the CEO and Director, this aspect involves contributing to the long-term strategic planning, market analysis, goal setting, and advising on innovative strategies to drive the foundation forward.
  • Program Development: The most significant part of the role, constituting 50% of the responsibilities, is centered around the development of youth program. This involves designing the program, conducting cost analysis, managing resources, ensuring quality, and overseeing the effective implementation and evaluation of the program.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of various project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable.
