Your Role:

Terri Janke and Company is seeking a lawyer with 2+ years post-admission experience to join our team to deliver legal and consulting work. You will be responsible for:

• Managing matters and client liaison
• Meeting billing budgets and quoting matters
• Drafting, presenting, consulting, writing reports, protocols and policies
• Managing team workflow
• Maintaining the firm values and policies.

We are seeking someone with:

1. 2+ years post admission experience in a private legal firm
2. experience in either/or; intellectual property, commercial, governance, Indigenous rights, policy drafting; consulting, research, analytical and writing skills
3. familiar with First Nations people and issues
