We are looking for a leader with disability to join The Achieve Foundation as a Project Manager to drive the implementation of an employment of young people with disability in the human services sector. This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a real, lasting difference.

The Achieve Foundation have staff who have a range of lived experience in disability. We understand the need to remove the barriers to inclusion from the recruitment phase through to employment with us.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful implementation of the Disability Employment Catalyst - a project to create a pipeline of secure, open employment in human services for young people with disability, with a particular focus. This transformative model aims to bridge the gap between demand and supply, partnering with three large disability service providers and emphasising lived experience leadership.
