About You

The Bridge Employment based in Frankston has a full time position for an individual who:

• Is great at marketing
• Aspires to exceed KPIs and love a challenge
• And wants to assist people to create lasting change in their lives by working to find them long term sustainable employment.

Selection Criteria

• Confidence to work with employers to find suitable jobs for our participants
• Proven ability to manage time and workload requirements efficiently to meet business priorities
• Ability to work unsupervised in challenging and diverse environments
• Ability to focus on and achieve outcomes/KPI's.
• Demonstrated responsiveness and adaptability in dealings with participants and employers
• Displays excellent interpersonal, communication, rapport building and negotiating skills
• Demonstrated ability to undertake research regarding employment matters, training providers and community supports
• A knowledge of employment and training programs, employer networks and community services particularly on the Peninsula and South Eastern Regions of Melbourne
• Ability to market, be creative and problem solve to achieve outcomes
• Sound skills in the use of MS Office, Client Management systems or other technical applications
• Possession of a current and valid Victorian Drivers Licence
• Certificate IV in Employment Services qualifications will be considered an advantage
