The application form will include these questions:
- How many years of experience do you have as a support worker?
- Are you available to work in Croydon Park on Wednesdays?
- Do you have a current NDIS SW Clearance for employment?
- Which of the First Aid accreditations do you currently hold?
- Do you have a current validNSW Australian Driver's Licence?
- Do you have a proof of 3 doses COVID19 Vaccination requirement being met (including of the validation of the medical exemptions, if any) under the NSW Public Health Order?
