As a Client Account Manager, you are a self-driven individual who is used to managing large portfolios of clients and you already know how to nurture and strengthen existing relationships.
You will be the lead contact for several key clients supporting them with strategic partnership and development right through to the execution of multi-channel campaigns. Working with a variety of clients, you will nurture existing relationships and continually develop their fundraising programs to achieve desired results.
This is a key role within our organisation with flexible working conditions that enable working from home & with flexibility to work from the Sydney office as restrictions continue to be lifted.
Due to the nature of our work it will also require travel from time to time (as borders open and restrictions ease) within Australia.
For now, we require someone who is used to working in the world of online ZOOM meetings where the proximity to being face to face makes no difference in this landscape.
This key operational position reports to the General Manager and is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients, and for ensuring all partnerships receive high quality account management and that key metrics and deliverables are met.
Furthermore, the position requires supporting and working with the company’s Directors and General Manager in successfully providing account management to the entire client portfolio and collaborating with other Managers across the broader FIN team.

Permanent full time position with salary starting at $70,000, based on experience.
