About the Role

We're on the hunt for a dynamic Executive Assistant who's ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the fast-paced world of a small, agile business. This role is perfect for someone who's a jack of all trades, eager to learn the ins and outs of our operations, and focused on supporting the administrative and coordination needs of our sales and business development functions. You will be the CEO and Head of Sales' right-hand person, offering trusted advice and being a confident presence in the team. Based in Melbourne, Australia to succeed in this role you will;

  • Be a Proactive Organiser: Keep our leaders' schedules in tip-top shape, ensuring they can focus on what they do best.
  • Master of Communication: Handle correspondence with flair and keep our databases sparkling.
  • Event and Meeting Maestro: Coordinate logistics, track progress, and be the go-to person for all things event-related.
  • Travel and Accommodation Wizard: Make travel arrangements for our remote team (both domestic and international), ensuring smooth experiences for everyone.
  • First Point of Contact: Be a professional and friendly face for support function queries, ready to troubleshoot, direct inbound traffic and escalate as needed.
  • Administrative Dynamo: From payroll reviews to record-keeping, handle it all with precision and a can-do attitude.
  • Digital native: Comfortable with a wide range of digital platforms across the workplace - from collaboration and project management to communication tools.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Someone who's not afraid to get their hands dirty and has a genuine interest in learning the ropes of a small business and making innovative, data-based improvements along the way.
  • A multitasking wizard and organiser, ready to juggle various tasks with a smile.
  • An individual with high emotional intelligence, understanding the nuances of working in a diverse environment.
  • Holds proven experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar. 5+ years preferred experience.
  • Proficiency in tech tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud IT systems.
  • Respect for maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Must love dogs (or any animals really).
