The LOTE Agency is a human-centred design company that provides inclusive integrated communications, research, community engagement and service design outcomes that cater to all Australians regardless of cultural or linguistic differences.
Over the past three years, we have grown considerably, with staff located around Australia and Southeast Asia. In addition to our core workforce, we engage over 850 translators and over 20 consultants. Our core team is extremely diverse, speaking over 30 languages, and they are considered our most valuable asset. Our clients include state and federal government departments, NFPs, utilities, elite sports organisations, and blue-chip corporations.
As our Producer of Inclusive Experiences, you will manage a diverse array of client projects related to improving customer service design, community co-design, grassroots public relations, market research, translations, and multimedia production.
This role includes a mix of client meetings, running workshops, building strategies, developing briefs, managing internal and external resources, creating and maintaining budgets and schedules, and working across functions to deliver exceptional client outcomes. We are ideally seeking someone with an agency background who is looking for a change to a smaller, more agile, and community-focused business.
You will work alongside a mix of project managers and be supported by cultural, production and research subject matter experts. We are a small business and it is important that all employees have the willingness and agility to wear multiple hats to get the job done (together!)

We are seeking another team member who shares our passion for genuine and authentic inclusive service design with a real and positive impact. The successful candidate will be comfortable working both to coordinate and co-design projects, as well as undertake more routine tasks to achieve great project outcomes.
