About Us

Healthy Men. Healthy Masculinities. Healthy Communities.

The Men’s Table is a national not-for-profit movement that brings men together in a way that’s honest, supportive, and deeply human.

Our Tables are simple, yet powerful: small groups of men sharing a meal and engaging in open, judgment-free conversation.

These gatherings help foster connection, build trust, and promote emotional well-being. Over time, they grow into safe, reliable spaces where men can share the highs and lows of life—and simply be themselves.

In this role, you will:

  • Help establish new Tables and support the sustainability of existing ones.

  • Build strong partnerships with local leaders, health services, and organisations aligned with our values.
  • Champion our vision for healthy masculinity and emotionally resilient communities.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in community development, grassroots outreach, or stakeholder engagement—and who genuinely believes in the power of conversation and connection to improve lives.
