We're seeking an experienced Dietitian to join our team of courageous multi-disciplinary clinicians dedicated to extraordinary care for people with a disability, at every stage of life.

We have a full-time, 12 month fixed term contract opportunity based in Midland.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage a varied caseload, supporting a range of different people of all ages, living with a disability
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in providing a range of Dietetic services as part of your customers overall mealtime management plan
• Support your customers to set and achieve their goals, helping them to improve their health and well being
• Apply collaborative, family centred practice principles in service delivery
• Maintain clinical records, client documentation and provide information and report on services delivered as per the requirements of CRM

What makes you the right candidate?

• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics, or equivalent
• Previous experience as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian
• Experience working under the NDIS framework within the disability support sector
• Previous experience with mealtime management
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills teamed with the ability to work autonomously
• Have a strong focus on safety culture and willingness to always improve quality, safety and compliance
• Ideally experience supporting people living with a disability, paediatrics and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder support
• All successful candidates must have or be willing to obtain a Drivers License, WCC, National Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
