What is Therapy Focus?
Therapy Focus are a non-for-profit, community service organisation who are specialists in individual therapy. We have a team of clinicians and administrative support staff, who work collaboratively to develop comprehensive, individualised therapy plans to meet the needs and goals of our customers.

What’s the position?
- Provide therapy services to support community access, developing independence with daily living skills, self-care, positive behaviour, regulation, fine motor and upper limb skills within the home, clinic, school, and/or community settings
- Ongoing evaluation and review of customer's progress in line with their personal goals and plans
- Develop and deliver therapy programmes in line with the service delivery principles and contract requirements.
- Ensure appropriate consultation with Advanced Clinician, Team Leader and relevant stakeholders as per the client’s needs and contract requirements
- Maintain clinical records, client documentation and provide information and report on services delivered as per the requirements of CRM
What's required?
- Relevant Degree qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Must have a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
- Ideally previous experience under NDIS
- Able to build trusting, working relationships throughout the organisation to support a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach
- Ideally have previous experience, knowledge and/or qualifications within disability, paediatric and autism support
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with a strong focus on customer outcomes
