ABOUT Role

Alinea International is looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to work alongside our Operations Team in supporting our company’s continuous growth. This role will be based in Melbourne, Canberra or Brisbane. The Project Coordinator works with the Operations Manager.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Project management, including HR, recruitment, financial reporting, budget monitoring, and providing support to large teams based in different countries.
• Contract management, including invoicing, procurement, and budget monitoring
• Conducting due diligence according to our policies
• Liaising with client contacts on deliverables and requirements
• Supporting sub-contracting and managing sub-contract compliance
• Providing general support and advice to staff on policies and procedures
• Supporting organisational culture
• Other duties as required.

selection criteria

Mandatory:

• A relevant tertiary qualification, or at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• At least 3 years’ experience in project management or a similar role in the international development sector
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Advanced writing skills
• Experience working with ERP systems, relational databases, or other data management tools.
• Experience supporting administrative processes
• Substantial experience with Microsoft Office
