About the program/role

Established in 1993, the Positive Living Centre (PLC) is a vital community hub offering a range of health and wellbeing programs for people living with HIV. Through social, recreational, practical, and educational services, the PLC aims to create a welcoming and inclusive space for all.

Thorne Harbour Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Client Care and Support Officer to join our team. Working closely with the Manager of the PLC, this role will deliver psychosocial support, advocacy, care coordination, and referrals, helping to maintain the PLC’s reputation as a friendly, safe, and inclusive environment for people living with HIV.
