Our client, The Wilderness Society (TWS), is an independent environmental advocacy organisation. The work they do leverages their strong base to build a mass movement for nature conservation in Australia. Since 1976, they have stood at the forefront of the country's most historic campaigns, including the Franklin River, K’gari/Fraser Island, Tasmanian Forests and James Price Point in the Kimberley. Today, they are training a new generation of environmental leaders with a sophisticated campaign strategy and community organising program to build support for effective and lasting change to our environmental laws.

Located in Boorloo/Perth, the Western Australian (WA) Campaign Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering TWS campaign strategy in WA. Reporting to the National Campaigns Director and accountable to the WA Committee of Management, the WA Campaign Manager works collaboratively with campaigners and organisers across Australia to deliver the Jarrah forests and Kimberley icon strategies and advance broader Organisational Campaign Plan objectives. In addition to strategic campaign management, the role oversees the operation of the WA campaign centre, including team leadership, budget oversight, and HR processes.
