We are Australia’s most awarded social impact agency.

We use design and technology to make change happen, at pace and at scale. In the last 12 months, we’ve designed and built Australia’s first online family violence intervention order, established a new approach to co-design for the Victorian mental health sector, built a peer-to-peer product that helps people learn Auslan, and launched a campaign to shift mainstream perceptions of climate change—plus many more.

Our practice is built on strong foundations of human-centred design and digital making. There are around 60 of us, based mostly in Naarm (Melbourne), working across strategy, research, design, content, delivery and a wonderful support team.

About the role

As Sales Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in streamlining our sales processes, optimising our pipeline, and ensuring our team has the tools and insights they need to succeed. You will work closely with the business development team to drive efficiency, improve decision-making, and ultimately contribute to our overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Process Optimisation: Oversee and optimise our sales processes, from lead generation to client onboarding.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in our CRM system.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate insightful reports and analyse sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.

Client Support: Provide support to the internal team, including managing client enquiries and coordinating internal teams.

Proposal Development: Assist in developing compelling proposals and presentations.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient workflows.

Who are you?

You will have:

  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales enablement or a related role. You may have worked in an agency, startup or product company.
  • Experience in sales processes and pipeline management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (experience in Airtable and/or Hubspot preferred) and Google Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong writing skills to produce engaging content to support business development efforts.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as cross-functionally part of a team.

The nitty gritty:

  • Full-time role, preferably based in Melbourne/Naarm
  • This is a hybrid role, with a mix of in-studio moments and working from home
  • Start date will ideally be before the end of 2024 but we’re flexible
