Now, we’re looking for a strategic, purpose-driven powerhouse to join us as our General Manager - aka our CEO’s right-hand, our team’s guide towards our north star, and the glue that holds our ambitious plans together.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Leading People & Culture

You’ll lead and support an epic team who make our programs happen across the country. You’ll be the rock they can lean on—making sure they’re set up for success, challenged to grow, and inspired to bring their best every day. Our people are the heart of TMTW, and keeping them engaged, thriving, and loving what they do will be one of your biggest wins.

Driving Strategy & Finance

Big dreams are in our DNA, but they don’t execute themselves. You’ll help take us to the next level by operationalising our strategy, guiding financial sustainability, and working alongside our third-party CFO to keep us on track. We’re talking budgets, forecasting, and finding new revenue streams to ensure our impact keeps growing.

Driving Programs & Amplifying Impact

Our programs change lives, and you’ll be at the heart of making sure they keep hitting the mark. You'll set (and smash) impact, financial, and growth goals, ensuring everything runs smoothly and effectively. Along the way, you’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team - aligning strategies, to amplify our reach and engagement, so more people connect with the game-changing work we do.

Managing Funders & Partnerships

As a social enterprise, we’ve got an incredible mix of paying customers, funders, and partners who believe in what we do. You’ll nurture those relationships, ensure we align with their objectives, and bring new supporters on board to keep fueling our mission. Plus, you’ll play a key role in growing our Tomorrow Foundation, securing funding from grants, foundations, and philanthropists.

Leading Impact & Evaluation

We don’t just ‘hope’ we’re making a difference - we measure it. You’ll set smart KPIs, track our impact, and use data to continuously refine what we do. Plus, you’ll make sure we’re telling our impact story in a way that resonates with stakeholders, funders, and the broader community.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• You’ve got experience in the not-for-profit space. Bonus points if you’ve also got some commercial experience under your belt.
  
• You’re an inspiring leader. People look up to you because you’re ambitious, empathetic, motivating, and driven. You know how to support and challenge a team to bring out their best.
  
• You’re a big-picture thinker AND a doer. You’re strategic, but you also love rolling up your sleeves and making sh*t happen.
  
• You’ve got solid financial & business acumen. You understand P&Ls, budgets, and how to keep an organisation financially strong and growing.
  
• You’re a natural relationship-builder. You can walk into any room, connect with people, and inspire them to get behind our cause.
  
• You’re a systems-level problem solver. You see challenges before they arise, know how to improve processes, and aren’t afraid to ask the tough questions.

• You get tech. We live in Google Drive, HubSpot, and digital tools. If you’re comfortable navigating these, even better.
