Are you passionate about making a difference in schools, sporting clubs, and communities across the nation? As a Program Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in the seamless operation of our Tomorrow Man and Tomorrow Woman programs. You’ll be the go-to for program inquiries, nurture meaningful relationships with stakeholders, and ensure our CRM (HubSpot) stays organised and up-to-date. In this dynamic role, you’ll coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, and administrative requirements while collaborating with our national team to drive positive impact. If you’re ready to contribute to programs that make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you!
This is a full-time, hybrid role and we're open to meeting candidates based in either Melbourne or Sydney, where our teams are located.
We are a learning & development social enterprise that works in schools, sports clubs and communities around the country supporting
Utilising elite group facilitation and through engaging, relevant and directly applicable interventions and content, we empower participants with diverse backgrounds to create change for themselves and the people around them. Our cutting edge, interactive ‘training grounds’ build genuine emotional muscle and agility, using an unmatched facilitation style focused on human to human connection to simulate real-life scenarios and build skills that are translated directly into the workplace and life.
Our mission is to create environments for men & women, young and otherwise, from all walks of life to challenge what it is to be a man or a woman in today’s world. We seek out and embody an aspirational and modern alternative to an archaic stereotype, to push back on expectations and pressure, and create a more flexible version of tomorrow's man/woman that resonates and speaks to the mainstream, while giving participants the tools to decide on the person they want to be for Tomorrow.
We are an aspiring deliberately developmental organisation (a DDO for short) which means we place emphasis on our company culture, personal growth, self-organisation and transparency. We want our people to be asking the big questions and to be growing and developing through the work that they do and the opportunities we create, just like the people we serve.
Applications for this role will take you to the employer’s site.
