We are a young, emerging social impact organisation that is passionate about equipping the next generation with the tools to not only manage life's challenges but to build a better life. We run workshops in schools for students in years 3-12, staff, and parents where we teach them tools from the best evidence based psychological therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT). Established in 2021, we now work with over 100 schools across Victoria.

Role Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of driving and growing the Toolbox Education program in schools across Victoria. In this role you will implement a range of sales and marketing initiatives and bring on board prospective schools. You will also be responsible for maintaining and managing Toolbox Education's existing client base in Victoria. The perfect candidate will be someone who loves building strong relationships, is a self-starter and ideally has a background in education, psychology, facilitation or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to new schools through sales and marketing initiatives to set up meetings to discuss the Toolbox Education program and book in workshops.
• Build, develop and maintain relationships with school contacts.
