Your Role:

You’ll guide individuals with disabilities through:

1. Discovery & Vision Planning – Work closely with individuals to uncover their strengths, skills, and interests. Help them envision valued roles and meaningful pathways.
2. Develop Pathways – Create opportunities through volunteering, community/leisure roles, microenterprise, or education as stepping stones towards meaningful work.
3. Information Gathering & Setting Up for Success – Gather critical insights to design roles that align with individual abilities and business needs. Ensure the groundwork is set for smooth transitions.
4. Job Development – Build strong relationships with businesses, identify their needs, and match individuals to tailored roles.
5. On-Site Support – Provide hands-on guidance to ensure successful integration into the workplace, fostering confidence, independence, and long-term success.
