We are looking for an experienced System Administrator who will be responsible for supporting, managing and maintaining Salvation Army Australia's Technology One installation. This includes configuration and support of the Financial and Supply Chain modules, development and support of ETL procedures and XLOne reports, along with user and security management and all other aspects of running the TechnologyOne ERP. The opportunity to participate in implementing new modules and develop and enhance new and existing processes including interfaces to external systems is part of this exciting and ever-changing role

Salvation Army Australia is currently undergoing a digital transformation and the acquisition and implementation of best of breed automation systems is currently underway. An expert knowledge of TechnologyOne Financials, a solid understanding of accounting and a willingness to embrace change and learn new skills are key attributes required of the successful candidate.

The Finance Systems team provides a helpdesk service and delivery of helpdesk support is also an important part of this role, as is the need to work as part of a cohesive, happy team. Maintenance and development of a knowledge-base, documenting and maintaining work procedures and a desire to deliver excellent service to our internal customers are important aspects of the role.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in:

  • Administering an existing TechnologyOne Financials (or similar) system
  • Writing and supporting Technology One ETL processes
  • Writing and supporting Technology One XLOne reports
  • Solid understanding of accounting including balance sheet and income and expenditure statements
  • Providing helpdesk support
