We are seeking a values-driven, proactive and experienced Senior Case Manager at The Trafficking and Slavery Safe House with extensive experience in supporting people with complex needs and implementing therapeutic intervention.
The Trafficking and Slavery Safe House team works collaboratively with a person-centred, trauma-informed, and holistic approach to ensure the best outcome for all who seek our assistance. The Case Manager offers appropriate and high-quality support to individuals who are identified to have experienced or be at risk of experiencing human trafficking, slavery, and slavery-like practises. This includes referral, program intake and assessment, case planning and goal setting with the aim of supporting participants to maintain their safety, access justice pathways and increase their independence. The position will work collaboratively with the Safe House team and partner agencies to achieve positive client outcomes and provide a comprehensive client-centred service within the values of The Salvation Army.
Reporting to the program manager, this is a PERMANENT, FULL-TIME position. Salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Level 5.
The role offers career progression to the right candidate, with identified opportunities for higher duties and future promotion within the service.
