We currently have a full time permanent role available for a Service Desk Analyst based in Blackburn, tasked with providing a truly exceptional, customer focused technology service to drive excellence and performance of IT services.
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide an exceptional customer experience for our 10,000 strong geographically dispersed workforce and strive to understand the customer's needs, issues and requirements to ensure a fast and appropriate solution is delivered.
To be successful in this role you must have a degree in Computer Science. To be considered for the role you must have worked as a Service Desk Analyst or on an IT Help desk for at least 1 year in a large ITIL aligned organisation.
You will be a team player who possesses a confident and engaging personality and thrives in a fast-paced troubleshooting role to provide exceptional customer service.
