The First Floor is a program of The Salvation Army in the Illawarra area (NSW) for individuals and families impacted by dependencies and/or mental health issues, and grief and loss. Services provided include counselling, support groups and educational programs.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Youth and Family Support Worker. In this role you would be required to provide quality care and support to participants of the First Floor Program, working effectively by counselling individuals, developing and facilitating programs to provide a comprehensive client service within the values and mission of TSA.
This is a part time position, 22.8 hours per week ongoing.
Salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Social stream, level 2.
