Our client is looking for an experienced Supported Independent Living (SIL) Manager to join their team. You will be part of a vibrant and energetic team.
Work autonomously and build a strong network of new clients while running the day to day operations of the SIL houses!

Key responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the multiple SIL houses, working alongside the Managing Director and helping grow the business!
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for achieving and optimising operation performance and timely delivery of quality and safe client services for our SIL houses across Victoria.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing Participants and key referrers such as Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Allied Health Professionals, Social Workers and Local Area Coordinators
- Create new networks and relationships to onboard new SIL participants
- Finding new SIL homes/properties and setting them up completely
- Creating a Roster of Care (ROC) and sending quotes to the participant and their key stakeholders
- Lead Behaviour Support Practice and implementation of plans at the SIL property
- Creating Participant Support Plans as per the ROC and making sure that the key stakeholders are onboard with the support plans
- Implementing operational plans to improve efficiency and performance including planning, delivery, and evaluation of work processes.
- Identifying areas of improvement and imbed change initiatives.
- Develop human resource capability and ensure safe delivery of NDIS client services through implementation of care models and frameworks.
Do you have what it takes?
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Strong network within the disability industry
- Ability to speak a second language is a bonus
- Strong understanding of the NDIS and SIL housing
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Previous management or team leading experience would be beneficial
