We are a federated, purpose-driven organisation working to protect nature and create a just, sustainable future. Our work spans public campaigning, grassroots organising, digital advocacy, fundraising, and policy reform—powered by passionate supporters and underpinned by a commitment to integrity, collaboration, and long-term systems change.
With a large and active supporter base, strong brand recognition, and a growing investment in digital infrastructure, we are entering a new strategic phase. This role manages a talented team of content, media and digital professionals, and helps amplify the voice of a purpose-driven organisation with a legacy of impact—and a supporter base over 200,000 strong.
The Communication Manager thrives in complexity, brings curiosity and courage to their work, and understands the fast-changing digital and media landscape—including the opportunities and risks emerging through AI.
This role is part of our Collaborative Management Team, contributing to organisation-wide strategy and culture, and ensuring our communications align with our purpose, values, and strategic direction.
