Indigenous Eye Health (IEH) is a small, dedicated, multi-disciplinary team predominantly based in Melbourne working to Close the Gap for Vision for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander People. We are seeking a motivated person to join us on a full-time basis. This role provides the opportunity to obtain and develop a wide range of administrative skills whilst also supporting the delivery of communications and events for the unit.

Essential Criteria
- Completion of a degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- High level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to relate effectively with a range of people across all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Well-developed organisation and time management skills
- High level of proficiency in the use of standard application software such as the Microsoft Office suite.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in or an understanding of the higher education sector, Indigenous health and/or eye health.
- Previous experience in or knowledge of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, email marketing and social media engagement.
