Contribute to the important Mental Health in Primary Schools (MHiPS) Initiative, supporting the capacity of schools to promote student wellbeing. As a Learning Leader, you will work directly with a diverse group of Mental Health and Wellbeing Leaders (MHWLs), guiding their learning journey, delivering engaging training, and supporting implementation of whole-school mental health strategies. With a focus on both content delivery and individualised guidance, this role combines high-level coordination, expert facilitation, and meaningful relationship-building across the education and health sectors.
You are a compassionate and collaborative professional, adept at building trust and cultivating meaningful relationships across diverse educational and professional settings. With a calm and confident presence, you demonstrate emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal acumen, and a genuine commitment to supporting others in their learning and development.
