As Project Officer (Diversity & Inclusion) you will contribute to a range of D&I initiatives related to implementation of the University’s Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2030.
Key responsibilities include supporting the delivery, evaluation and reporting of a range of initiatives across the Diversity and Inclusion team including implementation of action plans, supporting compliance and accreditation programs, coordinating various working/reference groups, and data collection and reporting.
Reporting to the Associate Director (Diversity & Inclusion) you will work collaboratively with members of the D&I team and with a wide range of stakeholders from across the University community.
We are looking for an experienced Project Officer with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders, team members and colleagues. You will have a demonstrated understanding and keen interest in diversity and inclusion. Your excellent organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail, including the ability to effectively plan, prioritise and manage work within agreed timeframes will be vital to the role.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
