  • This is a part-time 0.4 FTE, 12-month fixed-term contract, based in the Perth CBD and available for immediate start.
  • It is an Admin Level 3 role, with a salary range of $76,906 -$80,255 per annum pro-rata, depending on experience, plus 13% superannuation.
  • Generous conditions are applicable, in accordance with the UnionsWA Enterprise Agreement 2024.

This position supports the WA Workplace Gender Equality project team in ensuring agreed outcomes are achieved. It does this by assisting with the development and production of project documentation, undertaking document control and record keeping, liaising with stakeholders, providing scheduling and logistical support to team members, and providing general assistance to the team to complete required work and achieve project outcomes.

This is a grant-funded position established under the Advancing Gender Equality in Gender Segregated Industries Commonwealth Government grant which will examine the drivers of gender segregation as they manifest in men-dominated industries in Western Australia.

THE ROLE:

  • Assists with developing and producing project management documentation used in defining and delivering projects, including project plans, presentations, reports, project variations and schedule information.
  • Receives, stores and distributes project specific documentation; monitors and controls revisions; conducts quality control checks on documentation.
  • Records and maintains the confidentiality of project research data.
  • Liaises with internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Provides scheduling and logistical support for meetings, events and regional business travel.
  • Assists the project team in completing tasks and implementing project plans to achieve agreed outcomes.
