We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead the transition to this new customer experience (CX) platform. If you are passionate about human-centred design and driving digital adoption, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

About the Role

As Change Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to drive successful adoption of the new digital customer experience.
  • Identify key stakeholders and teams required to deliver a seamless transition.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation to facilitate effective engagement.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to leaders, embedding a CX and change mindset across Uniting.
  • Develop engaging communication strategies and resources to support staff and customers through the change process, working closely with the Communications and Learning & Development teams.
  • Foster an inclusive, safe, and supportive working environment that celebrates diversity and culture.

About You

You’re a change leader who understands how to navigate complex organisations and influence without direct authority. You bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of digital transformation and customer experience.

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Change Management, with expertise in methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or HCD.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience delivering change in customer experience (CX) and digital transformation projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft clear and engaging messages.
  • A flexible, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset.
  • Experience working in large-scale organisational change initiatives.
  • A passion for social change and a commitment to improving customer experiences in aged care and community services.
