At Uniting, we’re working towards a bold vision – to inspire people, enliven communities, and confront injustice. We are a trusted provider of health, community, and aged care services across NSW and the ACT, and we’re proud to support people through all stages of life.
We are currently seeking a Clinical Documentation and Policy Specialist to join our Customer Risk and Governance (CRG) Directorate on a full-time, six-month contract. Reporting to the Clinical Governance Lead, this role plays a vital part in ensuring that our clinical policies are not only robust and current, but also support our vision of delivering safe, high-quality care across the organisation.
This is a dynamic and impactful role for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a strong background in clinical governance, compliance, and health policy.
You’ll lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical policies and procedures that align with current legislation, best practice standards, and Uniting’s strategic objectives. You’ll work closely with clinical teams across the state and collaborate with a range of internal stakeholders to support safe and effective service delivery.
You’re a Registered Nurse or Allied Health professional with a keen eye for policy detail and a passion for supporting frontline teams to deliver excellence in care. You're comfortable navigating complexity and engaging others to bring policy to life.
