About the role:

This full time permanent role is responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service, through identifying and meeting our internal and external customer’s needs via phone call and digital means. 

Based in Parramatta, you will be assisting internal and external customers by providing additional knowledge, guidance or escalation for HR, Payroll and Finance enquiries.

Responsibilities and about you:

  • Provide exemplary customer service by being responsive and take ownership to ensure customer follow-up
  • Be a fast learner who can hit the ground running
  • Provide key information about our policies and procedures
  • Record information accurately and in a timely manner in the designated electronic system(s)
  • Superb communication skills
