- 6-month full-time contract | Sydney CBD (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days from home)
We are looking for a talented Digital Content Producer to join our team on a 6-month full-time contract, playing a key role in enhancing Uniting’s digital presence.
You will be instrumental in reviewing and refining website content, ensuring alignment with our newly developed Design System and supporting the web development roadmap. This role sits within the Social Impact and Advocacy Directorate, working collaboratively with the Digital team and key stakeholders to deliver a seamless and engaging online experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Producing engaging, high-quality digital content in collaboration with the Digital team, Brand team, and key stakeholders.
- Building web pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring consistency with UX and design principles.
- Managing stakeholder relationships to facilitate smooth project execution and content delivery.
- Delivering projects and content on time and in line with the digital roadmap.
- Providing best-practice content guidelines and techniques to support rich and effective storytelling.
- Collaborating with teams to ensure digital content aligns with Uniting’s standards, business objectives, and program goals.
- Working alongside the Digital Lead and Senior Digital Producer to implement the Design System roll-out.
What you bring:
- Excellent digital writing skills, with the ability to think strategically and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of UX principles, Information Architecture (IA), and digital design best practices.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar.
- Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for content writing.
- A keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
- A passion for staying up to date with digital trends and emerging technologies.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in healthcare, early learning, or community services sectors.
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Familiarity with various CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies or other continuous design and delivery approaches.
- Experience applying Service Design methodologies and frameworks.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
